Behaviour Audits
A number of Primary and secondary schools
have utilised BST support to identify good practice within the school
and to identify further strategies for development in the area of
behaviour management.
The project involves BST teachers observing
lessons alongside other activities which make up the school day.
Staff and pupil views are sought via interview and questionnaire.
Policy is analysed particularly in relation to behaviour management.
Feedback is given to the whole school
based on data gathered focussing on the sharing of good practice.
Suggestions are made for future development
which may involve further advice and support from the BST
