This area of the Education and Culture Portfolio has responsibility for

  • Administration of cases for SEN, Exclusions and Admissions
  • Management of all inclusions support services (Behaviour Support, Sensory Support, Learning Support, Education Welfare, Educational Psychology, Tuition and Medical Support).
  • Management and Monitoring of all SEN provision
  • Development of provision for and reintegration of excluded pupils
  • Development of SEN and Social Inclusion strategy and policy
